• Shipping & Delivery

• Rave Booth LLC ships merchandise all over the world. There is no location we will not ship to! We ship with exceptional rates within the US and internationally. Shipping within the US usually takes 2-5 business days and comes with a delivery confirmation number. International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. In order to keep shipping costs low, international orders will not have a tracking number. If you wish to purchase a tracking number for an international delivery you are free to contact us at ravebooth@gmail.com to make arrangements. • International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Rave Booth LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.




• Return Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery date, for DOA (dead on arrival) items, all other items are subject to exchange only. All products are brand new and tested to be 100% fully functional before shipment; all products for return or exchange must be UNUSED and in the same condition they were when they were sent out by us. There will be no returns or exchanges on any product with damage caused by the buyer. The buyer will pay shipping fees on exchanges and will not be refunded the original shipping charge on returns. There are ABSOLUTELY NO returns on custom items unless otherwise specified on the item listing.
